Terms of Service

These terms cover the Auth Bot Live bot, the website, and the server dashboard. They describe what the service does, what you agree to when you use it, and how billing works.

01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Auth Bot Live bot, the Auth Bot Live website, and the server dashboard (together, "Auth Bot Live"), operated by VaninoLLC. By inviting the bot to a Discord server, signing in with Discord, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where relevant, the server you manage.

If you do not agree, do not use Auth Bot Live and remove the bot from any servers you control.

02What Auth Bot Live is

Auth Bot Live links a Discord member's own TikTok account to their Discord identity, then grants a server-configured Linked role when the account is linked and removes it when the member unlinks.

Auth Bot Live does not post announcements, does not read follower, like, or video statistics, and does not gate roles on those numbers. Its only TikTok-driven actions are verifying ownership and maintaining the link.

Auth Bot Live is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or Discord. TikTok and Discord are third-party platforms with their own terms, which continue to apply to you.

03TikTok integration and consent

Auth Bot Live connects to TikTok only through TikTok's official Login Kit. A member authorizes the link themselves through TikTok's consent screen and approves the scope shown there, which is user.info.basic. Auth Bot Live never asks for and never receives a TikTok password.

With that scope, Auth Bot Live reads only the member's display name and avatar, together with the tokens required to keep the link working. Auth Bot Live cannot read follower counts, likes, or video lists, and it does not post to TikTok or modify a TikTok account in any way.

If TikTok suspends or changes the API, some features may stop working. Sections on availability and changes apply.

04Your account and eligibility

You need a Discord account to use Auth Bot Live, and a TikTok account to link one. You must meet the minimum age required by Discord and TikTok in your country, and in any case be at least 13 years old.

You are responsible for keeping access to your Discord account secure. Actions taken through your account, including links and role grants, are treated as your actions.

05Server owners and administrators

If you configure Auth Bot Live for a Discord server, you represent that you have permission to manage that server and to make decisions about its roles and integrations.

You choose which role Auth Bot Live grants and whether role granting is enabled. You are responsible for making sure your server's use of those settings complies with the rules of your community, with Discord's policies, and with these Terms.

06Subscriptions and billing

The Unlimited plan is billed through Stripe, at $2 per month or $20 per year depending on the interval you select. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Auth Bot Live never sees or stores your card details. Payment information is handled by Stripe under its own terms.

07Acceptable use

Do not use Auth Bot Live to harass, impersonate, or misrepresent anyone. Do not link a TikTok account that is not yours, or that you are not authorized to link. Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass limits of the service or the TikTok API.

Do not use Auth Bot Live in a server that violates Discord's terms, and do not use it to distribute unlawful content or to build a competing linking dataset.

08Availability and changes

Auth Bot Live is provided on an as-is basis. Features depend on third-party platforms and on TikTok's API, and available fields and features may change when those platforms change.

We may add, change, or remove features, and may set or adjust plan limits such as the free member cap, to keep the service healthy and within platform rules. Where a change materially reduces a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Auth Bot Live, with or without notice, if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if the service is abused. You may stop using Auth Bot Live at any time by unlinking accounts, removing the bot from your servers, and cancelling any subscription.

When a link is removed, or when a member revokes access on TikTok, Auth Bot Live deletes the stored TikTok data for that link and removes the Linked role, as described in the Privacy Policy.

10Disclaimers

Auth Bot Live does not verify the accuracy of profile data returned by TikTok. The Linked role reflects only whether a link exists, not any follower, like, or video count.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auth Bot Live is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auth Bot Live is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost roles, lost revenue, or lost community activity, arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Auth Bot Live in the three months before the claim, or ten US dollars, whichever is greater.

12Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new "last updated" date on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
